Board of Directors

A three-man Board of Directors, whose wealth of experience and expertise span various facets of the Nigerian economy, shapes the policy framework of the agency.

Mr. Bashir Adeshina – Managing Director, TEE Limited, a Financial Consultant. Mr. Adeshina worked for many years with Akintola Williams & Co., and then moved on to Glenyork Limited as the Chief Accountant for about 10 years, before he resigned to manage his own company – TEE Limited.

Mr. Mike Ojeme – Managing Director, MIKADO NIGERIA LTD. Mr. Ojeme is a Security Consultant and on the board of several companies. His management expertise is in several fields of business, mostly in Sales.

Mrs. Bimbo Durosinmi-Etti – Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer – B.Sc. Economics and M.Sc. International Banking & Finance. A former Banker and Financial Consultant, Mrs. Durosinmi-Etti oversees the general day-to-day activities of the company. A seasoned traveller, she has an added advantage of knowing the needs of customers and is passionately committed to serving these customer demands. Mrs. Durosinmi-Etti has attended several Travel related and IATA courses.

She is President, SKAL International Club, Lagos (a leading international tourism club with members in over 60 countries) and immediate past President, Association of Women Travel Executives of Nigeria. She also holds an IATA/UFTAA Diploma in Management and Senior Management. Mrs. Etti is an active member of National Association of Nigerian Travel Agents (NANTA). She previously held the executive positions of Internal Auditor and Deputy President.
